Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Zuno, operated by Zuno Inc., Remote-first team, United States. By creating an account or subscribing you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. If you use Zuno for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
2. The service
Zuno researches keywords, generates SEO articles and images, and publishes them to a website you connect. Features change over time.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or older. Keep your credentials secure and tell us at zunohelp@proton.me about any unauthorised access. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
4. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Read this section carefully.
- Zuno is a recurring subscription. Current prices are shown at checkout.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly, every three months, or annually depending on the plan you chose, and your payment method is charged the then-current price for your plan, plus tax, until you cancel.
- You may cancel at any time in Settings → Billing or by emailing zunohelp@proton.me. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- We will email you confirmation of your subscription terms after purchase, and advance notice before any annual renewal.
- We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continuing after that takes effect means you accept the new price.
- Fees are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy.
5. Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, if your use creates legal risk, or if we discontinue the service. Where practical we will give notice and a chance to fix a minor breach. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 survive.
6. Content and ownership
- Your content. You keep all rights in what you give us, your website content, brand settings, credentials, instructions. You grant us a licence to host and process it solely to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to give us that content.
- Generated output. Articles and images Zuno produces are yours to use. We assign to you whatever rights we hold in them and will not claim ownership. You accept that: purely AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection in the United States; output is produced probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or resemble output generated for other customers; you are responsible for reviewing everything before it is published, and for making sure it complies with the law, including advertising, medical, legal and financial rules.
- Our property. The Zuno software, models, prompts, designs, name, logo and mascot belong to Zuno Inc.. You get no rights to them beyond using the service.
- Training. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models.
- Feedback. If you send us suggestions, we may use them freely.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Zuno to produce or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent or deceptive; sexual content involving minors; content inciting violence or self-harm; regulated professional advice presented as such; impersonations of real people; or anything infringing someone else's rights. You may not use it for spam, link schemes, doorway pages, or scaled content abuse that violates search engine guidelines. You may not reverse engineer the service, extract our prompts or models, use output to train a competing model, resell or white-label the service without a written agreement, or evade rate limits. We may review content and suspend accounts we reasonably believe break this section. Automated abuse detection may pause generation on accounts producing volumes far beyond what one website plausibly needs; published content and your subscription are unaffected, and you can email zunohelp@proton.me to have the account reviewed.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Zuno running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. There is no service level agreement unless separately agreed in writing.
9. Third-party platforms
Zuno connects to services such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost and Google Search Console. Those are run by others under their own terms. We are not responsible for their downtime, API changes, or publishing failures caused by your host, plugins or security tools. You are responsible for keeping your credentials valid.
10. No warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. In particular we do not promise that content will rank in any position on Google, ChatGPT or anywhere else, or that you will gain any particular impressions, clicks, traffic, leads or revenue, in any timeframe. Search and AI results depend on factors outside our control.
11. Limit of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD 100. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Zuno Inc. against third-party claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these Terms, your content, your publication of output, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing anything, email zunohelp@proton.me and give us 30 days to resolve it. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing zunohelp@proton.me within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will email you or notify you in the product at least 30 days ahead. Continuing to use Zuno after that means you accept them.
15. General
Notices go to your registered email. These Terms are the entire agreement between us. If a provision is unenforceable it is narrowed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stands. Not enforcing something once does not waive it later. Nothing here creates a partnership or employment relationship. You may not assign these Terms; we may, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
